Our History

CMVS Canada was created to provide services that enhance and protect the property value for Condo Owners. The idea was born in May 2008 when a student who attended a program presented by Bernice Winter commented that there should be a simple process for evaluating the operation of a Condo. He explained that the real problem is that evaluating the operation is too complicated and with this, the idea of CMVS Canada was born. Bernie then invited a group of condominium industry experts to form a team of advisors to develop the proprietary scoring criteria.
