Independent Corporate Report (ICR)
An Independent Corporate Report is the result of collaboration between a condominium corporation and a CMVS Canada Inc. licensed Independent Report (ICR) Provider. The ICR provider completed a thorough review of the condominium property, and function of the condominium corporation in three distinct categories, being Governance, Operation/finances, and Community.
Once the ICR is completed, the Report and the back-up documentation is then forwarded to CMVS Canada Inc. for scoring.
The Independent Corporate Reports provides the reader with a comprehensive, clear and transparent view of the facts of the condominium corporation. With the addition of the COSV score, the reader is able to evaluate the function of the corporation, allowing them to minimize their risks and to maximize the return on their investment.
